These terms apply to the website siel.ai, operated by SIEL AI SRL. They do not govern consulting or engineering engagements, which always run under a separate written agreement with an agreed scope and fee.
1. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes to learn about our work and to get in touch. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it, or submit forms on behalf of people who did not ask you to.
2. Content
Articles, case notes and other material on this site are provided for information. They describe our experience and opinions and are not advice for your specific situation. Case studies describe past engagements; results depend on the workflow, the data and the team involved and are not a promise of the same outcome elsewhere.
3. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and code of this site belong to SIEL AI SRL or its licensors. Customer and partner logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.
4. Forms and enquiries
Submitting a form does not create a contract. It is a request for a conversation. What happens to the data you submit is described in the privacy policy.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to external websites and uses a third-party scheduler for calls. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
6. Availability and liability
