Application
Tell us what you have built and where you want to go next. The engineers you would work with read every application, and when there is a fit we come back to you quickly.

Intro call
45 minutes with our Lead. We discuss your work and answer your questions about how we operate.

Technical conversation
60 to 90 minutes on a use case we bring. We look at your judgement, your system design and how you weigh trade-offs. We never ask you to walk us through a client's project.

Working session
A paid half-day on a scoped piece of work with the people you would actually be working with. It goes both ways: you get to see how we run before you commit.

Offer
We make the offer and the reasoning behind it clear in one conversation. For full-time roles, compensation is benchmarked to your market and reviewed annually.
