01Reliable answers without a lower clinical standard
Questions about symptoms, sleep, mood and treatment do not wait for the next appointment, so women turned to search engines and forums. Clinicians repeated the same guidance every day. Lunalta.ai answers in those gaps, and nothing it says may fall below the standard a clinician would stand behind.
02Answers composed only from validated content
The medical team curates and approves every item in the knowledge base, and each item keeps its source. Answers are composed only from the validated passages retrieved, never from general knowledge. If nothing covers a question, the assistant says so and points to the next step.
03Scope limits and clinical oversight
Questions outside the scope limits the medical team sets, or that need a clinician's judgement, go to a person, and the user is told what happens next. In a dedicated portal, clinicians oversee interactions and escalations, see which content each answer drew on, and validate, update or withdraw it. The product is live, built and run by SIEL, and every consequential answer cites its source.
