Our users work shifts in shops and warehouses, mostly from their phones. SIEL's engineers worked inside our team and built the assistant around how those people actually spend their day. We plan and release with them the way we do with our own people.

01HR for people who are not at a desk
Most HR software assumes a laptop and an inbox. Frontline workers on shop floors, in warehouses and on the road have neither, so shifts, contracts and onboarding ran outside any HR system. RevoHR puts those processes on the phone the employee already carries.
02The engineering partnership
SIEL builds the platform with the RevoHR team: the mobile app, the workflows for shifts, documents, onboarding and communication, and the services that connect them. Each workflow is short enough to finish between tasks. AI drafts messages and sorts incoming requests, so HR staff start from a prepared draft.
03Access and approval by design
HR records are personal data, so access is set by role on every record. AI output is always a draft: a person approves anything that reaches an employee, and the approval is recorded. RevoHR sets the product direction; SIEL engineers the platform and its AI features.
